Harshness...
前兩日改功課﹐看得出一個學生他放了很多心思在這份功課上.
可惜他想得太多﹐把簡單的複雜化﹐又沒有做對複雜化後的做法.
他打電話給我要求重改﹐但我重改後發覺可以加的分就只有這麼幾分.他寫信給老師說他很洩氣﹐
不是因為我們﹐也不是因為這一課﹐
而是因為他放了這麼多時間﹐得到的成績還是未如理想﹐
再加上他的離婚和一個兩個月的長病...... 看到這裡我心軟了... 我...太 harsh了嗎?
我... 可以理解他為甚麼不甘心放了這麼多時間仍然拿不到好的成績﹐
但是我勢想不到這個學生背後還要承受壓力﹐
沒有意識到他那份在壓力之下還要做好功課的心情...
...是好辛苦的.*唔開心了...

nah.. don't feel sad about that.. spending time to study n to do homework is a duty of students... study actually includes studying the materials themselves n the "way" of how to make study efficiently... that's the world...
good teachers: teach materials, motivate students the interest of study, inspire students efficient ways of study.
typical teachers: throw materials orally during class period.

its not that, i understand we have our own duties, but i just feel sad for him that he has to go through so many things and now one more thing is hitting at him. i have been there.. it sucks...

oh... but such things can't control... well... if u knew his situation first, then grade his hw... what would you do?

life sucks. just cuz a person did something wrong, it's not fair to others who worked on the homework and not have their grades changed or get 2nd chance either. if they cannot deal with something like this, what can they do when they mess up at work in real job? it's just a homework. it's not like he's going to fail out of school.
don't let it get to you. managers have harder time when they lay off workers due to budget problems. cuz those people lose their source of income to support family. be mentally strong!
